I won’t tell you what I think about their work, that would just be adding to a sea of praise.I’ll tell you what I think about the people instead: They are creative, kind, intelligent, empathic and funny, and lent me a hand in a time of need and helped me make one of the most difficult professional decisions I have ever had to make.

My coaching was a great experience.It fully responded to what I needed to reach top speed in my new position very quickly, while feeling confident about my future.
I would like to share with you how overwhelmingly positive the feedback is that I received from my team about the DISC training In Motion gave! Without exception really everybody said they benefitted a lot. Some discussed it with their partners at home, some have set up meetings to discuss what colour their customers may have. Some told me they now understand themselves better, there is a frame explaining what they suspected all along. One of my direct reports provided me with her DISC report to strengthen our relationship. Encore un tout grand merci pour votre workshop sur le changement. C’était très bien, chacun a pu y trouver matière à réflexion et chacun sait maintenant qu’il a en lui les ressources pour évoluer.Très bonne ambiance, très bon équilibre linguistique, très bon équilibre entre exposé et participation active du public, belle interaction dans le team, notes d’humour…
