This privacy policy governs the manner in which IN MOTION CONSULTING B.V. collects, holds, uses, maintains and discloses personal information collected from its clients, prospects, suppliers, partners and contacts. What information do we gather and why?

IN MOTION CONSULTING may collect personal information about you because you use the services of our company, because you supply services or goods to us, because you have shown interest in our offerings or for ensuring our public relations. We only collect and process information that you have provided to us, and by doing so you have given us permission to collect and process that information.

We only collect the following information: name and surname, business phone number, business e-mail address, business address, and business title. If you complete a personal profile as part of one of our services, we also process the results of this personal profile with the objective to pass these on to you directly.

With whom do we share this information?

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. When using our services you give us your general authority for us to transfer your personal information to other parties who may be required to assist us in the provision of our services (our “subcontractors”, selected suppliers and our accounting firm). When using our services involving the completion of a personality type questionnaire on your behalf, you give us the authority to transfer your personal information with the third party involved in processing the questionnaire.

We will ensure that any third parties with whom we share your personal information are also compliant with the relevant data protection regulations. If you have any concerns about any of our subcontractors’ or suppliers’ ability to comply with data protection legislation, please advise us immediately and we will take the appropriate steps.

For how long do we keep this information?

We will hold your personal information up to 3 years from when we last hear from you. At any time you can request us to delete your personal information from our files. When law and regulations require us to keep personal information on file for a longer time we will apply the regulatory retention period.

How can you exercise your rights regarding the privacy of your personal information?

The General Data Protection Regulation gives you, as an individual, a number of rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you. These are the right to: be informed, access, correct, restrict the processing, erase the personal information we hold about you. We will do everything to respect your rights, unless regulatory requirements prevent us from doing so.

How do we protect your personal information?

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information held by us. In particular, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk involved.
